Who is ZeroWaste Switzerland?
ZeroWaste Switzerland is a non-profit association that has been promoting more sustainable living in Switzerland since 2015—with the aim of preventing waste at source, rather than simply recycling it.
The organization:
- raises awareness among the population, companies, and authorities
- offers workshops, lectures, and zero-waste tours
- supports cities & and municipalities in implementing zero-waste strategies
- promotes concrete solutions in everyday life: shopping without packaging, repairing instead of throwing away, living in a resource-efficient manner
Their motto: "Reduce, reuse, recycle—in that order.
