Oil stains are one of the most common kitchen disasters:
barely visible when wet, but once dry, they reveal their full greasiness. Fortunately, you don't need to resort to harsh chemicals – a few clever home remedies and a little patience are often all you need.

🚨 Immediate help for fresh grease and oil splatters

  • Immediately dab with a kitchen towel —do not rub!
  • Sprinkle flour, cornstarch , or baby powder directly onto the stain —this will absorb the oil from the fabric.
  • Leave it on for a few minutes and then tap or brush it off carefully.

🧽 Step-by-step instructions

  1. Pre-treatment with dish soap:
    Apply a drop of grease-dissolving dish soapdirectly to the stain and rub it in gently.
