🔍 The diagnosis

You give your all during training—unfortunately, so does your shirt.
Sweat stains are mainly caused by salts, bacteria, and ingredients in deodorants.
They often leave yellow or gray stains, combined with an unpleasant odor.

This odor (especially when the sweat has dried for a few days) can be difficult for detergents to remove, OR simply require a lot of chemical additives (which you probably don't want on your skin either).

🚨 Immediate help

• Rinse with cold water —not hot, otherwise the stain will set.
• If possible: pre-treat immediately with vinegar water (1:2) and allow to dry.

1. Pre-treatment with vinegar or lemon juice:
   Soak the stain withvinegar waterorlemon juice– leave for 30 minutes.
2. 
   Sprinkle baking soda on top:
   Sprinkle baking soda on the still damp area, rub in gently – wait 10 minutes.
3. Rub in Washo stain remover:
   Rub in gently, leave for 15 minutes.
4. Washing:
   Pop it in the washing machine at 40 ° C, together withWasho Active Oxygen , to remove odors and residues.

Does it still smell after washing?
Simply soak your shirt in a mixture of 5 liters of water and½ cup of vinegar for 30 minutes , then wash as usual.
